ZINC and MAGNESIUM in bisglycinate form:
Magnesium is an essential dietary mineral. Maintained at a balanced level, it contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and to reduce fatigue.
Zinc is also an essential dietary mineral that plays many roles in the body by intervening in hundreds of enzymatic reactions essential to our body.
The magnesium and zinc in our range are in the bisglycinate form. This form has maximum bioavailability as well as excellent digestive tolerance.
Taurine and vitamin B6:
Vitamin B6 also supports the immune system and works with magnesium to improve the performance of our brain, by acting on the central nervous system. It will thus support the key role of magnesium in the activity of our brain, our energy, our mood and mental efficiency.
Taurine improves the assimilation of magnesium by transforming it into magnesium taurinate which is very bioavailable for cells. In addition, it potentiates the action of magnesium on relaxation and resistance to stress.

**ZINC contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system.
Composition and daily dose:
2 capsules per day with a large glass of water. Take 30-60 minutes before sleeping.
